The room interiors were remodeled and the beds were fine. Management gets and F. They are severally under staff in house keeping. The wood floor in the units were dirty. White socks got dirty the first time I walked from the bed to the bathroom. No new toiletries. Used toiletries left behind from the previous occupants. The property grounds, parking lot, elevator, 2nd & 3rd floor balcony areas etc. all had trash that was there the entire 3 day/ 2 night stay. We didn't get towels until 10 PM at night and only after asking 4 times and going to pick them up. Door key cards didn't work. Had to keep making trips to the front desk every time we left the room. Management is very poor.

The staff was SO nice! I higly recommend them. It was a bit noisy, but that’s more of a DC thing than a nice hotel thing. I’m not a DC fan, but this hotel is amazing and made me feel better about being there.
