Our room was big, nice, and clean. It is close to a bus station and even the bus terminal is within walkable distance - it's even close to the Jukdo Market (recommended because of how large it is). Just know that the bathroom doors and walls to the room are just translucent glass, so that you see the other almost completely when they take a shower - the toilet is a bit better covered.
