Penzion Homér Slaný

8/10 Good

"My room was clean, my only complaint was not being able to speak to anyone at reception and digital messages giving instructions were all in Czech so difficult to translate. I didn't have anyone to speak to one to one except the cleaning lady who was the only employee I saw in my 4 night stay. Single room and bathroom were very clean and although there was a kettle in the room there was only 1 teabag to make a drink and I had to buy sachets myself to make morning coffee. There was a fridge in the room which was useful"

10/10 Excellent

Ganz herzlichen Dank!"

10/10 Excellent

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Podsedice?

The best time to go to Podsedice is during the late spring or early autumn, specifically from May to June or September to October.

These months offer pleasant weather, with comfortable temperatures that are ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside and vineyards without the intense heat of summer or the chill of winter. You'll find the landscapes are at their most appealing, either with fresh spring blooms or the rich colours of autumn.

For couples looking for a romantic escape, these periods are perfect. You can enjoy leisurely walks through the rolling hills, visit local wineries for tastings, and dine al fresco at the village's quaint eateries. The quieter atmosphere outside of peak summer makes for a more intimate experience.

Families travelling with children might also appreciate these seasons.
