"The Swiftwater Hotel was a wonderful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. They understood what it meant yo have a heated saltwater pool! Delightful! Our room was clean and spacious . The friendly staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay!"

"We loved the charm of this hotel (and the town). They've managed to bring some modern amenities to an older building, preserving the feel of the original inn. They do a great job decorating for the season outside which invites you in through their unexpected automatic doors. Once there you can expect creaky, uneven floors, dim lighting, and a trip back in time. The 2nd floor offers a shared balcony for all guests to overlook the main road. To get there, take the central staircase if you're able to check out their framed items along the way. The room has all you need for a nice stay and the bed was comfortable. We were lucky to have a skylight equipped with an electronic shade! Go check out Jim Thorpe for the town, the train and the view, but complete the trip with a stay at The Inn at Jim Thorpe. You'll be happy you did."

"It is a basic, small room motel. Accommodations were good. Room was dark because two of three lamps were not plugged in. To plug them in would have required moving the bed. The third light was plugged into an outlet that was controlled by a wall switch, which meant if you turned off the wall switch, you would also turn off a phone charger if you were plugged in. I was pleased to have a functional room at the low cost."

"Our stay was amazing—definitely one of the best glamping experiences we’ve had so far! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. It was the perfect getaway to unwind, disconnect, and escape the crowds. One of the biggest reasons our stay was so special was Marriane. She was absolutely wonderful—so accommodating, helpful, and genuinely sweet. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She is truly one of the sweetest and hardest-working people we’ve met. We had such a wonderful experience and would definitely love to come back! ❤️"
