"The location was great for a visit to Zoo marine. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the host helped us sort it out. The pool was great and the apartment was very nice. My only complaint is the sofa bed was not that comfortable, but we made it work."

"There was 14 pools but not one was heated so my grandson would not go in swimming.
The hotel is well suited for families and catered nicely to children, but a little too touristy for my taste."

"The resort was lovely and very close to beautiful beaches. I would come back with my family again in the future. Just remember when you check in to ask where to put your trash as you have to take it outside resort to the street."

The hotel was really lovely. Very spacious rooms. Staff were super helpful. Pools need heating at this time of year but after the initial shock they were ok once you were in and kept moving! Roof top bar was lovely. Really nice local Italian five mins walk away called Il Borgo. There was also a nice beach restaurant accesible out of the back of the hotel down a boardwalk but it closed at 6. Local beach also lovely. We had a lovely lunch there. Car not needed if you just want to stay at the...

Hotel was clean, spacious and very well run. Staff were friendly and very helpful at all times, the junior suite was spacious and well appointed. Arriving late and missing the evening meal the staff ensured that a meal was sent to the room just after our arrival including a half bottle of wine and a plate of fresh fruit. Everyday a litre of bottled water was placed in the room at no extra charge. The outdoor pool was very clean and maintained but not heated, it takes a brave soul to swim...

We booked a week for our honeymoon and Masana Algarve exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The apartment provided all the amenities needed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. High quality accessories and linen. Accessible and quiet, well looked after and walking distance of sandy beach. Staff very friendly and professional with a very positive polite attitude. Can’t recommend it enough. Definitely will go back. Magical.

This hotel is a gem. We have been going there for years and shall be returning again. As soon as you step in this place, you enter a haven of tranquility and peacefulness. The grounds are stunning, the staff are great (from people at the reception to the buggie lads, to the breakfast team). We are made feel very welcome from beginning to the end. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is sensational. I LOVE this place. This is the only place we holiday to since we...

We stayed at the Episode Sana for 4 nights. We went to relax and whine down, so the location was a perfect spot for us. If you want to. E by the hustle and bustle, 'subs this is not the hotel for you. The interior is amazing. The food is nice. We had spa treatments, which were great. They really do look after you. We had a fantastic time here with our 3 children. The staff and facilities were excellent and the location superb. Literally a 3-5min walk from our room to the most beautiful beach (and a great pizza place - a must!) If you have really young kids just be wary of the cliffs there because there's some sheer drops with not much warning!

Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic facilities, the pool/slide area is great. Never been all inclusive previously but stayed for 4 nights of a 14 night trip and found the food selection varied and a great quality. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed. It was a great place to take a young child before moving on to an apartment. We both had excellent massages and used the spa area which was decent. Had a really memorable stay, our 2year old...

After much searching for a hotel that fit the bill along the coastline and around Albufeira, we settled on the Baia Grande. I must say for the week we wanted, it was also the cheapest !
Having looked around the town after we had I checked in, all I can say is that I am glad we stayed here rather than noisy crowded rooms or apartments in close vicinity to pub after pub and the crowds. I can't understand the people who marked the place down because the entertainment was more suited to older...

We stayed at this hotel in March 2015. The staff are second to none and were so helpful and considerate. We stayed due to my father's birthday, the management provided free sparkling wine in the room and rang him to wish him happy birthday. We arranged for a cake to be made by a local bakers which for the size and quality which we got was extremely cheap!

Fabulous stay, quiet due to the time of year but exactly what we needed. Only a short walk to the fantastic beach which has a scattering of nice restaurant's if you want a change from the hotel and 10 minutes in a taxi to the centre of Albufeira.

This is a lovely resort, well kept and plenty facilities for all. The resort has a traditional feel to it because of the décor. All staff were very attentive and friendly throughout the hotel.

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had in a hotel, and the main reason is the fantastic staff. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a good position, with amazing views. The food in the bar is wonderful. We’ll definitely e back!

I was a bit dubious about the Sau Rafael Suite Hotel after I had read all the reviews but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and even though we had not specified a pool or sea view - we had both.
The buffet was not huge, then again it is not a big hotel, but it was of good quality and there was sufficient variety. The a la carte restaurant was very nice, although the service could have been slightly better in there. The afternoon snacks were...
