Maison lumineuse et agréable, très bien équipée, avec une vue incroyable sur les vignes situées juste en face. Un cadre parfait pour profiter de la région, facilement accessible. Commerces à proximité, notamment une boulangerie à 2 minutes de la maison, ouverte même le dimanche. "Une charmante maison compacte, idéalement située. Au calme, tout en étant proche d'Épernay et des environs. Notre chien était aux anges et ne voulait plus quitter la propriété. Un petit portillon donne directement sur un joli chemin de promenade au bord de l'eau. De là, on peut facilement rejoindre à pied le village, où l'on trouve une boulangerie et un bistrot convivial tenu par des propriétaires très accueillants. Une terrasse agréable et une cuisine entièrement équipée complètent ce bien....

"This was one of our most favorite stays in France! Virginie was a delight and met us to let us in and at check out. Their winery is just behind this beautiful remodeled home with a tasting room downstairs. She gave us a lovely bottle of their champagne and a tasty local treat. The house was large and had comfortable beds, very clean and well appointed kitchen. We loved this place and wish had more time for our stay. We highly recommend this home and the host!"
