"Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area - I am surprised it does not attract more visitors from outside Germany. The Old Custom House is situated in a remote and lovely spot in the peace of the forest but still accessible to many places of interest. "The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. I advise to use the uncovered parking. Because the garage is the main downside of the hotel."
