Amazing B&B
Stuart was amazing, so friendly and polite with exceptional people skills! Loved seeing his face every morning. Made sure I was ok regularly and was nice to chat to. My room was clean and cute the bathrooms were always clean and tidy the breakfast rooms were gorgeous with a generous menu. An overall lovely place to stay.

Home from home
Stuart was very welcoming. I had rang ahead to see if I could possibly arrive later than 10pm . Not a problem at all. The single room was cosy, clean and nicely decorated and very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, TV (with Netflix) and wifi made my very short stay (1 night) very pleasant. Plus hearty breakfast included. I would definitely book again.

Lovely hosts and great breakfast. I had a single room which was rather too small to be comfortable for more than one night and I should have checked the hotel details more closely as I had not realised I would be sharing bathroom and toilet facilities.

Comfy B&B with a friendly welcome
Wonderful greeting from the owners & their lovely dog. The room was perfect for our family and the bed was more comfy than my own at home! Everything was tastefully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was yummy and something to suit everyone. We loved it!

Pleasant stay at Phantile Guesthouse
Very warm welcome to this 'shabby-chic' guesthouse, allocated twin room instead of single booked which was very pleasant. Very comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast. Very good value for money, would stay again.

Clean tidy and homely.
This was just a single night stay. The room was clean tidy and homely, I liked alot of the arty stuff placed around the hotel. It felt like staying at someone's home rather than a hotel.

Great stay at Phantele Guest House
It was a great time for stayed at Phantele Guest House, the decoration of the room and breakfast were awesome and the owner were nice and friendly.

Phantele pleasure.
Very comfortable room.Very clean and cheerful.Shared bathroom and toilet but both very clean and smart. Lovely breakfast and nice couple who run the place. Local maps included in welcome folder which are very helpful, and if you know Plymouth, it is a comfortable walk into the city--when it isn't raining.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean. Although the bed had a noisy spring it was comfortable, but the shower stall was very small. Beware the stairs if you're on the third floor as we were! Parking was on side roads next to the hotel, but we never had trouble finding a space. Shops are within easy walking distance, and you are allowed to eat take-away meals in the dining room. When we go to meet up with our Royal Navy son again we will stay there again.

I was Looking for reasonably priced bed and breakfast on a trip to look around Plymouth University. Arrangements worked well with friendly owner. Not all rooms ensuite, hence the good value pricing.

very clean and cosy ; well appointed, but very noisy neighbours or very thin walls. Lots for breakfast, but my bacon and egg was cold. Close by parking very handy. OK for one night.

Lovely guest house. The owner very nice, friendly & attentive. The breakfast is very good & wide range of choices. The rooms are comfortable & clean. We hadn't noticed that the rooms were not ensuite when we booked, so this was the only drawback. But the shared facilities were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, welcoming hosts. Comfortable room. Generous, full breakfast. Disadvantages: no en suite bathroom, inn located a bit too out of the way if not driving yourself.
