Very clean, staff friendly & helpful. Checked in on Christmas Eve and when we opened the door on Christmas morning there was a bottle of wine and a box of biscuits outside the room. This was a very nice touch.

Great hotel - Love the charm and unique feel. Very friendly and helpful staff

Comfortable modern rooms with great service and perfect location

The hotel is so nice inside, i love the old mail box by the lifts. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was very nice to have the little coffee place intgrated in the hotel, just a shame it wasnt open a bit longer in the afternoon. My room was gorgeous, the bed so comfy and the shower was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel and front desk experience. But they need to up their game on a disappointing "free" breakfast.

Nice place

The Hotel seemed to be short staffed at times. No one was on reception when I arrived, just a note saying to dial “0” to get someone. Obviously no one answered the call first time. I tried several times after 30 mins still no sign of anyone, so I went to get some lunch. Came back and after another 10 mins eventually got someone. I was saying for four nights. During that time housekeeping never entered the room. Bed was not changed no new towels or even restocking the coffee machine, you even...

No faults really everything was to my liking, the pool was refreshing and eating places near by. The location was off the beaten track but provided a quiet retreat.
