The pool and large deck is prime. Beds are good. We slept very well there. The communication in English with Benoit (owner) was nice, easy and on the point. He has a good sense of humour and takes very good care of his property. The villa is pretty close to a significant number of very attractive cities, villages, beaches and sites. Many nice beaches not more than 15 minutes away (by car). Erquy, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale and Dinan are close 15 - 45 min.). Elle est bien adaptée aux enfants : grand jardin fermé, piscine chauffée et sécurisée, table de ping-pong, chambres et séjour spacieux, chacun y a trouvé sa place ! Bonne situation géographique : située dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche de la plage et des commodités. Pleins de belles balades à faire dans les environs.
