Perfect home and perfect host

There is no coincidence that this home gets 5/5 ratings. It is perfectly organized with everything you need from dog bowls all the way to espresso machine. By car close to a big supermarket, organic shop, beach, etc. Patisserie and restaurants 20-minute walk. Our dog loved the large garden, and when sitting outside you can enjoy the blissful silence. Lionel and Claire were easy to contact and prepared a helpful welcome package with all information of the region - markets, sights, beaches, etc. All we needed to do is relax and enjoy. Entspannung pur

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus von Claire und Lionel. Es war sehr sauber, hatte sehr gute Betten, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Der Empfang war sehr liebevoll und die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. Wir haben viele schöne Trips in die Umgebung gemacht und am Strand von Sables d'Or Strandspaziergänge gemacht. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Schön ruhig gelegen. Der wirklich tolle Sandstrand ist zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Erneut ein toller Urlaub in diesem schönen Domizil. Wir waren im Juli 2022 bereits dort und würden auch wieder hinfahren, das Entdeckergen möchte aber mal wieder was neues sehen. Toll ausgestattet, schöner Garten (sicher eingezäunt für den Hund), ruhige Wohngegend, Supermarkt, Restaurants alles in der Nähe. Netter Ort mit toller Sandstrandbucht. Cap Frehel, Erquy,… alles gleich um die Ecke. Unkomplizierte, sehr nette Vermieter. Top!

In diesem Haus hat alles gestimmt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, so daß wir jeden Tag dort waren. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, insbesondere die Küche hebt sich wohltuend von den sonst üblichen minimalistischen Altgeschirr-Deponien in anderen Ferienhäusern ab. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell, nett und freundlich, vielen Dank! Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Umgebung, wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und unser Hund, haben zwei absolut erholsame Wochen im Juni/Juli in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir bereisen die Bretagne schon seit vielen Jahren, aber noch nie hat wirklich alles gepasst, Unterkunft und Lage einfach perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der absolut sicher eingezäunte Garten für Hundebesitzer. Dieser Urlaub hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir Wiederholungstäter geworden sind und noch während des Urlaubs für nächstes Jahr erneut gebucht haben! Gerne hätten wir mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben!!!

Magnifique séjour à Plurien

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine ensoleillée dans cette maison de plein-pied parfaite à tous points de vue: spacieuse, lumineuse, super bien agencée et équipée au-delà de toute attente, disposant d’une grande terrasse plein sud et d’un joli jardin entièrement clôturé. Le quartier est calme, et très bien situé pour partir à la découverte de la côte, cap Frehel, Cap d’Erquy, les endroits à explorer ne manquent pas et la région est splendide. En bref, une location à recommander sans hésitation!

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Ferienregion

Wir haben fast zwei Wochen von Ende August bis Anfang September in Lionels Haus mit unseren drei Kindern (12, 9 und 7 Jahre) verbracht. Das Haus ist modern, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist geräumig und im großen Garten konnten sich die Kinder viel bewegen. Die Kommunikation mit Lionel war unkompliziert. Die Boulangerie in Sables d'Or Les Pins ist gut erreichbar und der Strand dort war häufiges Ziel abendlicher Spaziergänge. Unser Lieblingsbadestrand war recht schnell L'anse du Croc, weil schön und nahe gelegen. Die Côtes-d'Armor können wir als Urlaubsgegend sehr empfehlen. Unsere Ausflüge führten uns u.a. nach Cap Fréhel, Cap d'Erquy, Fort La Latte, Saint-Malo (+Grand Aquarium), Dinan und Mont-Saint-Michel.

Wunderschöner Urlaub,alles sauber und absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir, mein Mann,unsere drei Töchter (12,10 und 7 Jahre alt),unser Hund und ich haben in diesem Ferienhaus wundervolle zwei Wochen verbracht!Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief völlig problemlos per Email und die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte durch einen Kasten mit Code direkt am Haus. Als wir das Haus betraten,wurden wir durch das sonnendurchflutete Esszimmer empfangen! Auf dem Tisch begrüßten uns Bretonische Kekse,selbstgemachte Traubenmarmelade und eine Flasche Cidre!Der Start in einen perfekten Urlaub!Betten waren himmlisch gut und die Räume und Badezimmer waren blitzeblank!Zum Säubern war aber auch alles im Haus vorhanden!Die nächste Bäckerei ist zu Fuß in zwanzig Minuten erreichbar,was wir mit unserem Hund jeden Morgen als Spaziergang genutzt haben.Das Örtchen Plurien ist ruhig und schön verschlafen!Ausser freitags,da ist Markttag und man kann alle heimischen Produkte und leckere Fischsorten direkt erstehen!Der Strand von Sable d‘or le pins ist mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.Parkplätze sind frei und ausreichend verfügbar.Da die Saison schon vorbei war,hatten wir sehr viel Platz!Herrlicher Strand mit tollen Wellen.Restaurants,kleine Imbisse,Eisstand und der typische Tabakladen für die Andenken und Karten sind ausreichend vorhanden.Vom Ferienhaus aus ist man in einer Dreiviertel Stunde in St.Malo oder in einer Stunde an der Côte de Granit Rose.Man kann aber auch einfach entlang der Küste fahren und sich von den tollen kleinen Orten inspirieren lassen.Einfach Badesachen einpacken und da anhalten, wo es einem gefällt.Für die kleinen Kinder ist der Strand von St.Pabu in Erquy absolut zu empfehlen,da er nicht so groß ist.Am schönsten waren jedoch die Abende auf der Terrasse mit der untergehenden Sonne und einem Glas Wein!Um das leibliche Wohl kann man sich auf dem Grill selber kümmern oder die super ausgestattete Küche nutzen!Den morgendlichen Espresso aus der sehr guten Kaffeemaschine vermisse ich jetzt schon!Die tollen Gespräche über den Zaun mit der Nachbarin,die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, komplettierten den wunderbaren Urlaub!Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem tollen Haus!Ich würd mehr als fünf Sterne geben,wenn es ginge!

Perfektes Haus, schöne Gegend

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Alles tip-top sauber, jeder erdenkliche Komfort vorhanden bis hin zur elektrischen Fliegenklatsche ;-) Viel Platz, alles hochwertig und neu eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, schöner gepflegter Garten. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen ganz ruhigen Neubaugebiet. Zum schönen Sandstrand etwa 800 Meter. Ein Teil des Strands ist auch für Hunde erlaubt. Es war nie viel los. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter absolut unkompliziert per Mail (auf Englisch) und sehr nett. Zur Begrüßung standen bretonische Kekse, Marmelade und Cidre auf dem Tisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert denkbar einfach, der Schlüssel ist in einer Box mit Zahlenschloss deponiert. Wir haben uns in dem Haus absolut wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir waren das erste Mal in der Bretagne. Aber sollten wir noch einmal wiederkommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank! PS: Den Sonnenaufgang muss man sich von Cap Fréhel aus ansehen.

Très belle maison , très propre , correspond aux photos présentées. L ‘ environnement est calme , jardin clôturé pour le chien .Tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour . Elle se trouve à proximité du cap Frehel très bel endroit et sa situation nous a permis de visiter toute la Bretagne nord. Je la recommande vivement!

A beautiful house near some stunning beaches

The house was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. The garden was lovely too. The hosts left a gift of some local produce, which was a lovely touch that we really appreciated. Lionel communicated via email and responded quickly to any query we had. A great place to take your family and your four-legged friend - highly recommended!
