"Towels In the bathroom were stained as well as the bed sheets."

"When we got into the room we noticed some black stains on the bed but they turned out not to be stains it was cigarette burns, holes, through the bedding. Even though the room was a smoking room, the presentation could have been better. also the mattress has a loth of black stains. When sitting on the bed, idk what is used to uphold the bed but it sounded like a metal ball or something. The best things about the room was hot water, the refrigerator, & working ac unit. The metal bar on the shower is very rusted, shower curtain would benefit from a wash, and there were a few bugs in the corner of the bathroom. It was a one night stay and we made due but I would like motel 6 to do better with the presentation of a clean room."

"I could barely wait to write my review. As usual Hampton Inn came through with excellent service. I needed a staycation and it was the perfect place. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous and made my stay very sweet. The breakfast was great to have as I only left once to go to work. The room was clean and everything was fully stacked for our use. There was not a shortage of anything at all. A few names that I can’t fail to mention are Youmika, Terry and the sweet little lady with the grey hair that works in the breakfast lodge. All of them went above and beyond to make sure that all was going perfectly well with my stay. Thank you so much for employing amazing people who truly care. After all their work ethic is a representation of themselves and the company. Thank you! Thank you!"
