Vacation started off good. The location is great and we had the room on the 8th floor with the villa also which was great. But we returned from dinner one evening to a flooded bathroom because of a leaking toilet. It destroyed anything that we had in the bathroom. We called the front desk and waited an hr for someone to come up to fix the toilet. We had to clean up the water ourselves with the towels that we had in the room.
