Perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child in a peaceful and rejuvenating setting. You will enjoy a large garden with direct access to the beach, as well as garden furniture and a barbecue for your meals with a sea view. Every evening, let yourself be enchanted by the splendid sunsets on the horizon. The beach at Plovan is supervised in July and August, where you can take long walks and take surfing lessons. In Penhors, just 5km away, you will also find surfing, sand yachting, and restaurants. Pass through the entrance door and discover a bright 56 m² living space with sea view and direct access to the garden. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers you everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining room table or prefer the garden table in summer. In the evening, make yourself comfortable in the lounge area, facing the ocean. The house has three bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), storage space and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom, also on the ground floor, includes a bunk bed (for two children), a single bed (90x190 cm) and a wardrobe. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a magnificent sea view and has a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) as well as a chest of drawers. A small living room corner with a small desk is also located upstairs. Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one upstairs with a shower and WC, the other on the ground floor with a shower as well. An independent WC is also available on the ground floor.
