Ideally located in the heart of the Bay of Audierne, 1.1km from the beach, this house classified as a 4-star tourist accommodation is nestled near Plovan, a small characterful commune in the upper Bigouden country. The GR34 hiking routes pass through the commune, where you can hike along the coast. Near the Penhors beach and its nautical centre, you can take surfing, kitesurfing or sand yachting lessons. After a session, you will find beach bars with food trucks in the summer. Located in a Natura 2000 classified area, enjoy the calm and rejuvenating atmosphere of this typically Breton house, fully renovated for 5 people. You will benefit from a large outdoor space of nearly 1000m2 consisting of a garden and a 40m2 terrace. A barbecue is available for you to gather around a good meal on summer evenings. You will enter a large room tastefully decorated consisting of a modern and fully equipped kitchen (4-star fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils to make good meals), a dining table for 5 people and a living room with a sofa and television. Further on, you will find a bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed 160\*200cm with an adjoining bathroom and access to the terrace. An independent toilet will complete the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, the first is a large bedroom with sea view, equipped with a Queen size bed 160\*200cm, the second is equipped with a single bed 80\*190cm. A second bathroom with WC is located upstairs. A workspace perfect for teleworking is also at your disposal. For added convenience, a washer-dryer is available during your stay.
