Your children can easily play in the 5000 m² garden. No disturbing neighbors. The house is at the exit of the village, 1 km away you will find a bar and post office. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurant and petrol station are 2 km away. The sea and the beautiful beaches of Cleder and Plouescat can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Ground floor: entrance area with cloakroom and cordless telephone. A storage room with washer and dryer. A separate toilet with sink. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A large living room (approx. 40m2) with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV (with French and German programs, Netflix), DVD player, reading corner with armchair and rocking chair. Kitchen with dining room and stairs leading to the upper floor. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with large double beds (180 x 200). In all rooms there is the possibility to push the beds apart to have 2 single beds (90 x 200). In each room is a TV with french programs, in the middle bedroom is Netflix available. A bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide you with bed linen free of charge. Outside: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in a large private garden (5000 m2). Parking in the yard behind the house. During the heating period we´ll charge the electricity 0.30€ kWh. It will be paid at the end of your stay. Ein liebevoll restauriertes Landhaus mit großem Garten in ruhiger Umgebung. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich um die Gegend zu erkunden, aber das ist in der Finistere selbstverständlich. Ein Supermarkt, Tankstelle und Bäcker ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Der Ort Plouzèvède ist ansonsten uninteressant. Schöne Strände findet man nach ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt . Das Haus hat einen sehr großen Garten mit einem Grill, allerdings sind die Picknicktische unbequem und laden nicht zum Relaxen ein. Die bereitgestellten Hängematten haben wir nicht genutzt . Auf dem gesamten Hof war sehr viel Unkraut und auch die Beete wirkten vernachlässigt, wobei die große Rasenfläche während unseres Aufenthalts gemäht wurde. Im Haus gab es drei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und eine super ausgestattete Küche, in der uns nichts fehlte um selber zu Kochen , jedoch war diese bei unserer Anreise schmutzig. Leider mussten wir auch in den anderen Räumen feststellen , das nach der Abreise der letzten Gäste keine Endreinigung gemacht wurde. Wir fanden oberflächlich geputzte Bäder , einen dreckigen Kühlschrank , viel Fliegenkot auf allen Möbeln, sehr sandige Fussböden, Schlafzimmer in denen wochenlang nicht gesaugt wurde und reichlich Spinnennetze in allen Ecken vor. Wir haben mit den uns zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln das Haus gereinigt und den Vermieter informiert. Herr Kleer hat zwar direkt auf unsere Beschwerde geantwortet allerdings ist während unseres Aufenthalts niemand erschienen um sich ein Bild vom Zustand des Hauses zu machen. Wir würden dieses Haus aufgrund der Unsauberkeit nicht erneut buchen, hatten aber eine schöne Woche in der Bretagne. Ich denke das Familie Kleer nach unserer Beschwerde an diesem Punkt arbeiten wird und dann wäre das Haus super. ##### Sandra L. Stayed 8 nights in Aug 2020 ---
