Ideally located 50 meters from the “P'TIT NICE” beach (sheltered, fine white sand, south-facing), close to the nautical center where you can practice sailing and all water sports, this villa, near the GR34, is equipped with free private parking for several vehicles.
It's ideal for one or more families for a quiet family vacation.
It has 5 bedrooms, including one on the first floor, and 2 large bay windows in the living room (lounge, living room, kitchen) give direct access to a 39 m2 terrace.
Chair, cot, booster seat and children's bath provided.
2 separate toilets.
Unlimited internet access.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung verbracht. Check-in und check-out waren total unkompliziert. Die sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieterin wohnt im Nachbarhaus und stand bei Bedarf für Auskünfte und Hilfe immer zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung der Küche und aller anderen Räume ist optimal und sehr sauber! Auch die Tischtennisplatte in der Garage haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, wenn wir die paar Schritte zum nahen Sandstrand wetterbedingt mal nicht gehen wollten.Insgesamt eine sehr zu empfehlende Location!

Toller Familienurlaub mit Hund

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen. Wir haben die Zeit mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und Hund sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen riesigen Garten, der umzäunt ist. Auch in der Küche findet sich alles, was man braucht, dh auch kulinarisch aufwendige Gerichte konnten problemlos hergestellt werden. Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Ein- und Auschecken war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Nähe zum Strand haben wir, und besonders unser Hund, oft und gern für viele kurze Strandbesuche genutzt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Urlaub mit Freunden und Hund in der Bretagne

Das Ferienhaus in Brignogan-Plage war sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Es war komfortabel ausgestattet und entsprach absolut den Bildern auf fewo-direkt. Das Ferienhaus bot ausreichend Platz für zwei 4-köpfige Familien mit Hund. Unschlagbar war die kurze Entfernung zu den wunderschönen Stränden der Côte des Légendes. Auch die Wanderung auf dem Küstenweg nach Meneham wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen Dank unseren freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermietern.

L'accueil de Françoise et Jean Yves a été très chaleureux (petites attentions dans le frigo). La maison est en parfait état et située près de la plage , dans un secteur très calme. Schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage nur wenige Schritte von zwei schönen Stränden des Ortes Brignogan-Plage entfernt. Beim Baden bietet sich ein herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht und den Ort. Die Küstenlandschaft ist herrlich und lädt zu tollen Spaziergängen entlang des Meeres ein. Das noch recht neue Haus selbst mit seinen 5 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist hell und großzügig und bietet ausreichend Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub in einer Großfamilie oder gar mit 2 Familien. Wir haben unsere Ferien dort zu 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern verbracht. Der Wohnraum ist geräumig und verfügt über einen großen Esstisch, an dem wir alle problemlos Platz gefunden haben, einen Sitzbereich mit 2 Sofas und eine moderne hervorragend ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd und Geschirrspülmaschine. Ein Küchenblock vergrößert die Arbeitsfläche und trennt die Küche vom Wohnraum ab. Dort standen wir oft zu mehreren Personen und haben gemeinsam das Abendessen vorbereitet. Zwei weitere Holztische mit Bänken befinden sich auf der Terrasse. Der Garten ist sehr groß, so dass wir mehr als genug Platz für Spiele wie Wikingerschach hatten. Dass er wenig Schatten bietet, wirkte sich für uns nicht nachteilig aus, da das Wetter sonnig, aber recht frisch war. Den im Garten befindlichen Gasgrill haben wir sehr oft genutzt. Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, haben wir von der Tischtennisplatte in der Garage eher selten Gebrauch gemacht. Die Vermieter, ein Ehepaar, das direkt nebenan wohnt, sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge und ähnliches. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und in einem Topp-Zustand. Der einzige etwas nachteilige Punkt ist die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses im Bereich zwischen den Schlafzimmern im Obrrgeschoss, die allerdings wegen der leichteren Bauweise in Frankreich nicht untypisch für dortige Ferienwohnungen ist. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist vom Haus aus in etwa 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine gute Crêperie befindet sich 2 Häuser nebenan. Wie haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.
