In the hamlet Lann Tréman 2.6 km from the centre of Ploumilliau, 5.8 km from the centre of Saint Michel-en-Grève, 7.7 km from the centre of Lannion, 6.2 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced). Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool secured (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 27.Nov.). Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 2.6 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 6.2 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
