"Huge, spacious stone house fully renovated. It was a pleasure staying there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the essentials are all there.Interestingly the train station in Guingamp is not actually the city center, and this place is close to the train station so it's not exactly in the old part of town. That means a little walk to the river, fort, etc, but on the other hand it means it's very easy to get street parking.The only improvement I could suggest is to maintain the garden area just...

"Très bon logement. Très bien située, pas trop loin du centre ville à pied (petite côte pour y aller mais ça fait les jambes !) Logement très propre avec une très bonne literie. On s'y sent bien ! "

"Le studio en lui même est très agréable , propre et fonctionnel. En revanche pour l'arrivée, si vous n'êtes pas garés juste à côté c'est sport! Je vous conseille également de récupérer les clés avant de décharger vos bagages sinon tout se fera a pied et vous n'aurez pas accès à l'ascenseur. Autre point un peu gênant, le quartier est très bruyant, toutes les nuits nous avons eu droit à personnes qui parlaient très fort, criaient et ce toute la nuit parfois ! C'est un peu gênant.
