House located approximately 1 km from the center of Plouharnel, 1.5 km from the large beach of Sainte Barbe and 3 km from Carnac. Spacious house with a partially enclosed and well-maintained garden. Ground floor: Closed entrance hall leading to living areas. Equipped kitchen with 4 hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, electric coffee maker. Dining room with a large table and 6 chairs, a sideboard, a dresser Living room fitted with a corner sofa, armchairs, television, fireplace, French window giving access to a large raised terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
