Schönes kleines Haus mit großem Garten

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist wie beschrieben teilweise eng (Dusche/Treppe). Aber es war für einen Ferienaufenthalt völlig ausreichend, auch die kleine Küche ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Strände und eine schöne kleine Épicerie sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Strände und Lokale sind in bequemer Fahrradreichweite. Gerne wieder!

la petite maison (que nous connaissions depuis l'an dernier) est toujours agréable, avec un équipement sans reproche, un calme parfait, des voisins discrets et souriants, une télé qu a eu peu de sautes d'humeur, la mer si proche, ainsi que les huitrtes de Legris. Vivement 'l'an prochain/ Internet ? tant pis, d'autant qu'à lala médiathèque il y a wifi ete ordinateurs.

Location bien située pour visiter la région.

La location est agréable et dans un endroit très calme. Petite épicerie tout proche avec des produits de qualités et circuit court. Seule remarque , Le ménage était un peu négligé à notre arrivée, notamment pour la douche , la bonde n'a pas été enlevée pour être nettoyée ,il y avait plein de grands cheveux. Les WC ont été nettoyés sommairement, la lunette n'a pas été soulevée pour nettoyer le rebord de la cuvette. Il faudrait que le propriétaire soit plus rigoureux sur ces points essentiels. Après nettoyage, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.. Patrick

il serait cependant souhaitable de préciser l'étroitesse de l'escalier , salle de bain et cabine de douche ne convenant pas aux personnes de fortes corpulence. beau jardin qui demande à être agrémenté d'un ou deux grands jeu pour enfants barbecue à repositionner dans le jardin avec une bonne rénovation location très bien située dans le bourg de Lilia car vraiment proche de la mer et du petit magasin

Excellente mais nous avons dû écourter notre séjour suite au décès du père de madame Wehrle Viviane survenu le mercredi 12 août. Schöne Unterkunft mit etwas komplizierter Abwicklung

Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und hatte einen schönen großen Garten. Zu Fuß war man in 5 Minuten am Strand, entweder an dem im Norden oder dem im Westen. Die Möglichkeiten zum Kochen waren leider suboptimal, Der Ofen wurde nicht so heiß und die Herdplatten hatte auch keine gute Leistung. Irritierend fanden wird aber, dass man auf die genaue Uhrzeit zur Rückübergabe der Wohnung bestand. Wie das so ist, ist man bei An- und Abreise ja meist an Zeit Aufgrund Zug- oder Flügverbindungen gebunden, so auch bei uns. Und da wir nicht um 10 Uhr sondern um 7 Uhr die Ferienwohnung verlassen wollten, musst wir 30 Euro extra zahlen, für eine früher Übergabe. Wir wären gerne um 7 Uhr einfach abgereist, hätten die Schlüssel in der Wohnung gelassen und die Tür zugezogen. So waren wir das sonst gewohnt, meistens aus Spanien. Das war hier leider nicht möglich, da man uns ja die € 500 Kaution wieder geben musste und zuvor kontrollieren wollte ob alles OK ist. Überweisen oder per PayPal war leider keine Option, sehr schade...

Emplacement idéal !

Maison simple mais paisible (malgré une isolation entre les chambres peu efficace). Avec un vaste jardin. Vaut surtout pour son emplacement à Lilia, tout à côté de la mer. En face du phare de l'île de la vierge. De très jolies promenades à faire et le paysage est somptueux. Le Finistère nord est une région magnifique ! Je conseille cette location, surtout si vous êtes deux. (Petit point important :la literie de la chambre mériterait sans doute d'être changée).
