Come and discover this charming house located in Plouguerneau just a few metres from the beach. You will appreciate its furnished terrace and barbecue for moments of relaxation facing the sea, as well as its direct private access to the beach. The house also has a large garden of 3000m2.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this house can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the dining room with its large table and decorative stove, ideal for sharing meals together. The open-plan kitchen leading into the living area is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster as well as a **filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine**. The lounge area with its sofa, armchairs, TV and fireplace awaits you for pleasant moments by the fire.
The house has 4 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor:
