The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), cot, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, vanity unit. \- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) \- Bedroom 3 (en enfilade): two single beds (90x190) \- Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180x200) divisible into two single beds, bathroom with shower, vanity unit \- separate WC First floor (triple exposure to take advantage of the view of the harbor and the garden): \- 88 m² living room with sofas, armchairs and TV \- A dining area for enjoying a meal together \- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Sandrine a été très attentionnée et a pris soin de noter toutes les améliorations que nous avions listées. Je suis convaincu que tout sera réglé pour les prochains habitants. A noter que le logement n’est pas très loin du pont de l’Iroise qui est un petit peu bruyant. Aucun problème en hivers car l’isolation phonique est parfaite, mais cela peut être gênant en été lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes ou pour profiter de l’extérieur. Il est noté dans la description que les mitigeurs de douche sont à 1m60, c’est plutôt 2m pour la plus grande salle de bain.
