Located on a small road, hiking destination for hikers, it is perfectly quiet. You will see the tip of Primel with cut rocks and beach, from all rooms. Latest creation : a beautiful corner glass in the bedroom with double bed, from your bed you will see the sea. It is not insulated, you are just 1km from the beach and 3 km from shops. Depending on your mood and the time you can enjoy two gardens, fully enclosed, one on the sea side, the other on the garden side. It was the home of our grandparents, their grand daughter is a designer, she wanted to keep the house of her chidlhood and has completely redesigned and restructured the various volumes while keeping his soul. The staircase specially designed and developed for the place, gives a very bright, contemporary look to the living space. The crockery cabinet over one hundred years old naturally finds its place with the stairs, television resting on an old table that was used to store the tools do not disfigure. In the openspace room on the ground floor two openings, a window door and a window will provide stunning views and direct access to the sea side garden facing the sea. The front porch opens onto the garden. You can read magazines and books on dispostion in Centennial cabinet. Games are also present for children and adults. The reception is made by a person attached to the house. Le petit jardin est très agréable.Ensuite, par la présence que l'on ressent de l'arrière grand-père de la propriétaire actuelle, car s'y trouvent de nombreuses photos de ce vieux loup de mer, du superbe voilier sur lequel il a travaillé comme mousse et de sa descendance. Beaucoup d'objets anciens s'associent harmonieusement à des touches modernes, car le gîte a fait l'objet d'une rénovation hyper soignée et est très confortable. Ce que j'ai adoré, les reproductions d'affiches et de publicités anciennes, chacune placée à l'endroit approprié. On sent que beaucoup de cœur a été mis dans tout cela. Malgré les 50 facturés en supplément pour le ménage, j’ai dû nettoyer à mon arrivée :- Baignoire sale (1 poil et crasse), nécessitant du Cif et de l’huile de coude.- Sol collant devant l’évier.- Boutons et capot de la cuisinière gras.- Miroir bien tacheté de salissures.- Odeur d’urine dans les toilettes.Je fais l’impasse sur d’autres choses qui ont nécessités le nettoyage.Autres points à noter :- Le matelas est bon mais le lit est très bruyant - La tête de lit est jolie, mais l’espace entre le mur de 2-3 cm n’est pas accessible au ménage : c’est devenu un repère à araignées. Mon mari a d’ailleurs eu une visite dès la première nuit. Donc, pas recommandé pour les personnes arachnophobes.- Des bébêtes, il y en a aussi du côté cuisine: des cafard !- La connexion wifi est capricieuse. On nous a rapporté que les précédents vacanciers s’en sont plaints aussi.A prendre en compte également que l’électricité est en supplément, et comme la maison est fraîche même en été, en dehors de cette saison, la mise en route des radiateurs électriques est à prévoir dans le budget.En résumé : une maison qui pourrait être agréable mais un vrai effort est nécessaire sur la propreté et les services de base. ##### Lydie C. Das Ferienhaus hat eine einzigartige Lage. Bei schönem Wetter kann man im Garten frühstücken oder Abendessen und hat dabei einen wundervollen Blick auf den Nordatlantik. Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, von daher noch sehr wenige Touristen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Versorgung erfolgt den örtlichen Bäcker oder den Supermarkt in Plougasnou. Nous avons pu profiter du soleil et des propositions pour des visites dans la région que la propriétaire a mis à notre disposition. Nous avons quand-même un conseil pour l’accueil de futurs résidents: il faudrait des coussins pour les chaises et les fauteuils au jardin. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.
