Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the district of Saint Samson en Plougasnou 4.5 km from the centre of Plougasnou, 16 km from the centre of Morlaix, at the seaside, on the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property 5 ha with lawn and trees, indoor pool heated (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's playground. In the complex: reception, fitness room, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 50 m. Shop 6 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 15 km, railway station "Morlaix" 18 km, sandy beach "Plage de Saint-Samson". Golf course 27 km. Nearby attractions: Ile de Batz, Locquirec, Port de Térénez et le port du Diben, Sentiers pédestres à Carentec, Château du Taureau à Carentec, Location de kayaks et bateaux.
