Tolle Lage, nettes Haus für Auszeit

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (7 Personen plus Hund) in dem Haus. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt und sicher könnte das eine oder andere renoviert oder erneuert werden, aber bei der Lage ist das unwesentlich. Wir konnten sehr entspannte Tage verbringen und für unsere Gruppe war das Haus perfekt ausgestattet.

Traumlage

Nach wie vor sind wir in das Haus und die Lage, direkt am Meer, verliebt. Hinzu kommt, dass das Haus nicht einsehbar ist und einen direkten Strandzugang hat. Minuspunkte gibt es für die Stoffsitzmöbel, welche alle stark verschmutzt sind. Durch eine vorherige Rezession waren wir vorgewarnt und haben Decken mitgebracht. Leider kamen wir wegen der kaputten Tür im Wintergarten nicht an die Liegen. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder, aber bei dem Preis dürften auch neue Sitzmöbel möglich sein.

Tolle Lage, Haus etwas verwohnt

Die Lage an der Bucht ist großartig! Der Blick auf das Meer unglaublich! Leider roch es im Haus und in einem Bad sehr muffig, es gibt Motten. Das Einzelbett ist komplett durchgelegen. Auch hätte es sauberer sein können.

Super Lage direkt am Strand und absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung müsste allerdings mal dringend erneuert werden, auch Haus hätte Renovierungsbedarf. Leider: Kein Internet/WLAN Sat-Antenne funktioniert nicht Schiebetüren im „Wintergarten“ lassen sich nicht öffnen Gartenmöbel im schönen Vorgarten teilweise verrottet Positiv: Sehr sauber Absolut ruhig Super Lage Neues Bad

Super Lage, Renovierungsbedürftig....

Das Haus ist SEHR in die Jahre gekommen. Neue Polstermöbel usw wären dringend erforderlich. Kein WLAN vorhanden...SAT-Empfang funktioniert nicht...Schiebetüren im Wintergarten lassen sich nicht öffnen, deshalb kommt man an die Liegen nicht ran...die Liegen im Vorgarten sind morsch. Andererseits herrliche und geschützte Lage!

Wir waren im dritten Jahr hintereinander in diesem Haus, das eine fantastische Lage dirket am Meer hat, was natürlich trotz der Mängel am Haus immer wieder reizt! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Geschirrspüler,Waschmaschine, Gartenmöblen etc. Leider macht das gesamte Interieur einen sehr verwohnten Eindruck, Möbel, Betten, Sanitärbereich, so daß dringend eine Gesamtrenovierung nötig ist! Aufgrund der einmaligen Lage kommen wir nach der Renovierung gern wieder!

Lage traumhaft, Haus leider nicht

Tolle Lage des Ferienhauses und traumhafter Strand, guter Service bei aktuellem Defekt von Waschmaschine + Steckdosen, aber einige Mängel, die bei einem solchen Mietpreis nicht akzeptabel sind: Schiebetüren im Wintergarten defekt, Wasserpfützen im Wintergarten, Reste eines nicht mehr vorhandenen Regals an der Küchenwand, z.T. defektes unansehnliches Besteck, Ceranfeld Kanten abgeplatzt, Duschköpfe verkalkt/verschmutzt, Duschkopfhalter kaputt, Sitzauflagen fleckig etc.

Lage Top, Haus leider nicht

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich einzigartig, einige Verbesserungen wären jedoch dringend vorzunehmen. Die Sofas im Wohnbereich sind stark verschmutzt. Die beiden Toiletten sind sanierungsbedürftig, verschmutzt und sehr übel riechend. Die Abrechnung des Stromes erfolgte nicht - wie angeführt - nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch, es wurden EUR 40,-- verrechnet, was nach Erfahrungen überteuert ist. Der Rasen wurde erst über Aufforderung gemäht. Die Sauberkeit im allgemeinen ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Das Anwesen hat eine einzigart...

Das Anwesen hat eine einzigartige Lage und einen wunderbaren Ausblick direkt auf das Meer. Die Anlage und das Haus selber haben schon deutlich bessere Tage gesehehn. Von dem ursprünglichen Charme und der einst geschmackvollen Einrichtung ist wenig geblieben. Die Anlage ist heruntergekommen, Sofas, Sessel und Betten stark verschmutzt. Diverse Elektrogeräte funktionieren nicth. Die Abflüsse riechen übel und sind teilweise voller Schimmel. Das alles schreit nach einer Rennovierung. Erst dann ist das Haus zudem doch nicht ganz niedrigen Preis vielleicht wieder empfehlenswert.

Die Lage ist perfekt und das H...

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Haus ist auf dem neusten Stand bis auf einige Defekte, wie lost Türklinken. Das Holz ist nicht zu verwenden, da die Brocken zu groß sind und keine Möglichkeit zu zerkleinern und zum Teil vermodert ist. Sonst war alles perfektder Mann der Reinemacherfrau brachte einmal in der Woche frisches Gemüse TOLL. Terrassentüre ist defekt ließ sich nicht öffnen aber man hat ja noch viele andere Türen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Haus mieten. Reisetipps: Zur Erholung das Bestewas man bekommen kann Einkaufen in der Nähe und freundliche Menschen Landschaft genial und das Wetter war super.
