A living area of nearly 40 m² features three distinct spaces: an open kitchen (oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, Nespresso machine... fully equipped) with a central island and a bar/standing dining area, a living room with a sofa bed (very comfortable), an ottoman, and a coffee table, and a dining area near the wood-burning stove and the floor-to-ceiling window. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom (140-cm bed, storage, closet). Adjacent to it is the bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Terrace with a teak table for 4 people, 2 folding chairs, and a barbecue. Highway access is 3 km away, just a stone’s throw from Plestin-les-Grêves and Locquirec—ideal for exploring the most beautiful bays and beaches, as well as Morlaix, Roscoff, Gerlesquin, Carantec, Ploumanac’h, and the Pink Granite Coast... Pets allowed (sheets and towels not provided)
