The Space: On the ground floor, you will discover a large equipped kitchen with a dining area, which is open to a small living room equipped with a functional fireplace and which also offers direct access to the terrace. By crossing the corridor, you will find a second, more spacious living room equipped with a TV. From this living room, you can access the master suite located above the garage. This room is equipped with a 160x200 bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The ground floor is also equipped with separate toilets. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one measuring 160x200 and the other 140x190, a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a playroom ideal for children. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on a pleasant terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers or enjoy a lovely wooded and enclosed garden of 800m². The little extras you won't find elsewhere?
