Cocoonr agency offers in the commune of Ploeren, we offer this charming 130 m² house for rent with fibre optic internet access, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 430 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 50 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Four bedrooms with 4 double beds (140×190) and 1 sofa bed  
\- Two bathrooms with shower and bath  
\- Two separate WCs  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 430 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Ploeren, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station : Vannes train station 15min away by car  
\- Nearest airport : Rennes airport 1h17 away by car
