The 45 m2 flat sleeps up to 4 people (1 double bed & a sofa bed). \- Living room with TV, coffee table, dining table and armchairs. \- Spacious bedroom with dressing room and small sea view \- Shower room with WC and heated towel rail \- Open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) It is located on the 2nd floor of a small, characterful condominium. The first beaches and bus routes are just opposite the flat. Easy, free parking in the immediate vicinity. Amenities in the immediate vicinity (Intermarché, bar, restaurant, crêperie, hairdresser, etc.) Coastal path opposite the flat.
