Villa Šolo is situated on the eastern slopes of the nature park of the Biokovo mountain, next to the seven renowned and protected lakes of Bacina, 3 km from Adriatic sea and river Neretva delta, the biggest delta and sandy beach in the Republic of Croatia. Far from summer crowd but yet very close to everything, Surrounded by rich forests of Orange tree.lemons and mandarin's, Mediterranean flora and fauna, it is a place that offers true peace and rest. Villa Šolo situated on the 3000 m² private property, is an ideal choice for all those wanting a real relaxation and privacy. There are 4 apartments in the House and 2 rooms with bathroom. The property is modern, clean, well-furnished and well maintained. Pero's family are very friendly and relaxed, they provided us with lots of wonderful fresh fruit and a home-cooked meal of freshly-caught fish. The lake is great for long walks (beware the mosquitos) and the ferry from Ploce takes you out to pretty islands. We travelled out of season and were surprised that pretty much everything had stopped operating. ##### Crispin M. Superb experience We had fantastic time at Vila Solo. The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, modern and exceptionally clean. The Bacina lakes are simply outstanding. We tried paddle boarding and kayaking and we had some great fan! We also visited Dubrovnik and Miljet Iceland as a day trips. Local beeches around Ploce and Gradac are very beautiful with clean water and very few people😍. This holiday would not have been half as wonderful without the fantastic Kristicevic family😍Nothing was too much trouble for them. Every day they would share their fruits , wine with all the guests. We loved the time spend sitting under terrace chatting with Pero, Jasna or Mladen. Their great hospitality and sense of humour made the two weeks spend in Croatia one of the best holidays in a long time.
