In the heart of a hamlet, this charming 52 m² house can comfortably accommodate 4 people, with the possibility of 5.  
  
Enjoy absolute peace and relaxation with its private garden and covered terrace for summer meals with friends or family.  
The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, so quiet must be respected.  
  
It features:   
\- Fitted and equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dining table.  
\- Living room with sofa, coffee table and decorative fireplace.  
\- Separate WC.
