Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast (although the croissants and pain au chocolat were over cooked). Parking was good, and as we were using this as a stop off on our way to the alps, the hotel is ideally placed

Hôtel Bristol Reims
Room was lovely - great size, nice decor and a balcony overlooking the main plaza (the longest in France!). Spotlessly clean and staff that were very helpful and on hand. Only disappointment was that the breakfast was served across int he Best Western hotel due to the Hotel Bristol Reims kitchen ...
