Personnel were, like all Croatians, efficient, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and of a good size. The hotel is in much need of an upgrade. The room was comfortable but the lack of air conditioning resulted in uncomfortable nights. On the plus side, the hotel was perfect for access to the National Park. After buying the first day of park entrance fee, the hotel extended this for the whole duration of our stay.
