You will love its character of buildings that form a courtyard facing south. the living area is very spacious .a 400m from the town and shops and 2 km from the beaches, its location is ideal.

Une jolie ferme rénovée idéalement située à Plestin , pas loin du centre (a pieds) mais au calme pour des vacances reposantes . Un hôte super accueillant, bref toute notre grande famille y a passé un excellent séjour .

Magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale dans ce gîte où chaque pièce a son propre charme. Les ados ont trouvé des petits espaces pour comploter 😊, les adultes ont trouvé des espaces de calme pour décompresser 😌 et les chiens ont trouvé des grands espaces pour cavaler! L'accueil par le propriétaire à l'arrivée et à la fin du séjour était très sympa !Les plages alentours sont très belles. Bref je recommande ce gîte!

Maison spacieuse, rustique, chaleureuse, décorée avec goût

Nous avons passé à 11 une excellente semaine dans cet endroit magnifique. Il y avait suffisamment de place et d'espaces différents pour ne pas se marcher sur les pieds et l'atmosphère chaleureuse de la maison nous a vraiment charmés. Petit bémol : la visite de la conciergerie à la fin de notre séjour qui nous a quelque peu agressés parce que la maison était forcément un peu sale après une semaine - même si elle était dans un état tout à fait acceptable. Je souligne que nous avons payé 100€ de supplément pour le ménage, mais apparemment cette dame attendait de nous que la maison soit nettoyée avant le ménage ;-)

Uriges Haus - ungenutzt

Das Haus ist mit viel Mühe - sehr afrikanisch - hergerichtet. Allerdings ist es lange nicht mehr ordentlich geputzt worden. Am schlimmsten in der Küche, aber auch ansonsten (alle Fenster dreckig, ein Hundehaufen im Garten, ein kaputtes Glas in der Spüle). Agentur spricht ausschließlich französisch und hilft genau so wenig wie Fewo; man kann auch gleich direkt mit dem Vermieter sprechen. Ein sympathischer Kerl, eben nur nicht so auf Sauberkeit bedacht. Das Haus riecht nach Rauch (offener Kamin, teilweise feucht und nach Hund).

Belle longère bretonne

Maison rénovée avec goût avec un mélange réussit d'Afrique et de Bretagne propice au regroupement d'amis ou de famille. La maison est située au bout d'une impasse au calme mais on peut faire ses courses à Plestin à pieds et une multitude de chemins de randonnée permettent des balades sympas vers la côte.

Bon séjour mais

La nettoyage de la maison est à revoir et nous n'avions pas eu la précision de la 2ème salle de bain qui était dans une remise dans le jardin. Ceci dit, on était 6 donc avons apprécié l'espace intérieur et extérieur. La maison est bien située, on peut aller aux commerces à pied.

Séjour Plestin

Logement très spacieux, très jolie longere typique de Bretagne avec immense jardin. Idéal pour les familles avec enfants ! Petit bémol sur la propreté à l’arrivée. Poubelle salle de bain non vidée, moisissures sur le frigo, robinets et chasses d’eau qui fuient, très mauvaises odeurs dans les toilettes du RDC (remontées fausse septique ?). Lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas à notre arrivée (1 semaine d’attente pour un dépannage). Ballon d’eau chaude qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la dépendance. Superbe maison mais pas mal de petits désagréments. Nous avons quand même passé un très bon séjour. Propriétaire et agence disponibles et à l’écoute.

Het is een heel groot en gezellig huis. De inboedel is goed voor elkaar en een grote tuin.

We waren met twee gezinnen hier met kinderen. Er is ruimte genoeg voor iedereen, zowel binnen als buiten. Ook de schommel, trapeze en glijbaan werden veel gebruikt. Het huis is sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien. Reparatie aan het toilet werd dezelfde dag geregeld. Een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Heerlijk rustig gelegen en parkeerplaats bij het huis. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Ook mooie stranden in de buurt, winkels voor de boodschappen zijn dichtbij en genoeg te zien in de omgeving. Een echte aanrader.
