Les Terrasses de Piegu "Heerlijk genoten van dit prachtig appartement met tuin op een prachtige plek 🙂 Gloednieuw, hypermodern en luxe afgewerkt appartement met terras en tuin (appartement nr 2). Schitterend uitzicht op het strand en de zee. De ligging is fenomenaal: letterlijk 2 minuten lopen naar het strand. En via de boulevard 7 minuten naar het centrum (bakker bv). Ondergrondse parkeergarage onder het gebouw. Zonnig terras en tuin. Een absolute aanrader. Wij hadden prachtig weer dus dat helpt ook. Fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Ook fijn dat de deur met een code werkt, ook afstandsbediening van de garage. Er zijn 4 vouw strandstoelen, heel handig om zo mee te nemen naar het strand. Prachtige golfbaan op 4 minuten rij afstand. 🙁 Er viel niets tegen maar enkele tips voor de eigenaar: - er was geen parasol en de tafel buiten is vrij klein - een stopcontact (of nog beter een oplader) in de garage voor elektrische auto's. In de buurt (op loopafstand) is er NIETS - iets meer aankleding van de ruime badkamer bv iets om de spullen neer te zetten. Ik heb een nachtkastje in de badkamer gezet. Badkamer is echt basic wat beetje jammer is. Wel een ruime, mooie douche. - er is slechts 1 WC (wel een aparte WC) - er was geen Nespresso machine en ook geen theepot" ##### Agence C. Il bénéficie d’une vue sur un environnement arboré et très partiellement sur la mer. Des fauteuils plus confortables seraient bienvenus pour les moments de détente.
