You have a fully equipped private kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave grill, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and tableware for 4 people. The chalet includes a private TV, step-free access, and an outdoor shower. A high chair is available for children. Enjoy your uncovered private terrace with barbecue, table with parasol, and 2 deckchairs overlooking a private garden of about 100 m². You have access to a shared heated indoor pool with children's area, open from May to September according to schedule. Other shared facilities include table tennis, a tennis court, and a playground within the residential park. Parking is available on site. Events are not permitted. This peaceful retreat is set in a 3-hectare residential park with 28 chalets around a pond, just 5 minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Pléneuf-Val-André. J’y reviens, quelle que soit la saison, avec grand plaisir. La piscine est un plus en été, mais elle n’est pas indispensable pour profiter de ce bel endroit.
