Upstairs 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190) games room and a bedroom (1 bed 180x200), bathroom (shower and toilet). Terrace at the back of the house of 15 m², private enclosed land of 1500 m², swimming pool with sliding cover, pool of 7 m x 3 m x 1.5 deep heated from the April holidays to the All Saints' holidays, bordered by a terrace of 21 m².
