I love this hotel and stay there every time I come to Halifax. However, I feel a couple small details could be better for what is rated as a 4 star hotel and has prices aligned with this level of hotel. I think there should be complimentary bottled water offered daily in each room. I find this to be common among many 4 star hotels I stay in. And I find the bathroom amenities starting to become what I call "cheaping out". Offering a tiny sample size lotion and that's it at the bathroom sink seems pretty minimal for this brand.
Other than these small things, I think it is a fantastic hotel.

"The bathroom floor was sticky, the face cloth we got was stained, the tv in the room was leaned up against the wall. The hallway carpets are obliterated. The pool is a storage room. Overall an absolute dive. Only go as a last resort."
