Signage in garage on how to get to the resort was terrible. Finally found an entrance but it was to the casino and no luggage allowed through that entrance. Not a great start. Also had a hard time finding registration, met others along the way also looking for it. Staff weren’t helpful. Once we found registration they were very nice, room came with a $50 spa credit but there were no appointments available and registration said it’s not good for anything but the spa. Resort was beautiful, but stay wasn’t great. Rooms were very nice.

This hotel was in walking distance to a lot of things and even the subway stations. It was very clean and the room was pretty spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
