Pleasant Lake

The elevator was out of order and we senior citizens were on the second floor; the downstairs bathroom adjacent to the lobby women's room: lock requires fixing. The continental breakfast: 4 on a 10 scale

Room was clean, quiet and had a kitchen area. The resort is right in town and great to walk to area stores and attractions.

Mattresses in the room we stayed in hurt my back. When you first lay down, they feel great! As my weight compressed the mattress through the night, I could feel the metal platform base in my back. A box spring or a firm flat surface between the mattress and the frame would improve it. The mattress seemed good, just not meant for a metal frame with nothing between the frame and the mattress.
