"The property is not very well sound proofed. Being in one of the first rooms down from the front desk and across from the laundry area I heard people checking in late and the staff preparing for the day early. The rooms do not have closets so hanging up clothes is not an option. I also wish they had jelly in the breakfast area. This is the second year I have stayed here for the New York Bigfoot Conference and I will return for year three. The staff was friendly and efficient."

"I am originally from the area so have stayed here for years off and on. The staff always tries to accommodate when I need a larger room. I prefer the suites in the back building since I have a small dog. I usually get the two queen beds. They are comfortable. And I like that the location is right off the Thruway, and is also close to restaurants, and stores."

"The hotel has a nice restaurant, bar area and outside firepit area. Everything seemed clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I booked a room with two double beds via Expedia and received a confirmation back that the room had two double beds. When I called the hotel, however, they said there were no rooms with two double beds and instead the room had one double bed and pull-out couch with could serve as another bed if needed. I said that is not what I booked and they told me that it was a problem with Expedia and not the hotel itself."

"We were so impressed by Paul and his kindness and his skills. His breakfasts were beyond delicious and left us full for the better part of the day. The house is gorgeous and the history makes it that more amazing. I know as Paul gets more and more of the renovations done the house will simply be awe inspiring. We couldn't have had a better “first” Bed and Breakfast experience. We recommend this place 100%."

"Cabin is better than the photos! We loved all the spaces we could relax in, even on the rainy days. View was great! It was Fall and the leaves were spectacular. Location is great. Loved the little town of Northville. Would book again!"
