"2 very small rooms. The bathrooms is tiny. For 2 people is hard to get around. The place has been remodeled looks like a while ago. It’s all old and smells. There is no AC, no elevator. The place seems to be cleaned, but because it’s old it seems like dirty and musty. It is bay overpriced for what it is. "This hotel is really great for a stay in Santiago. It is located in the Providencia neighborhood (very safe all times of the day) and has easy access to delicious dining and sight-seeing. The hotel breakfast was very good and rooms were clean and fairly modern. Staff was very friendly and helped me find the nearest ATM's. Metro stop Tobalaba is very close walking distance and the city's historic district is a short cab ride away. "

"I actually wrote the concierge that I was very impressed with the timely, friendly and helpful client services at RC.
All of the other material assets are also very nice; beds, bathrooms, pools, etc, etc but the most impressive was the staff and their attention to timely service and detail. I will stay at RC in general and RC Santiago again for sure. Thanks. "

"Great staff. Gym is good, so is breakfast. Providencia is a middle class neighborhood in Santiago. Not as vibrant as others, but safe and great food and easy access to the metro which takes you everywhere."
"Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay."
