He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. "Excellent, modern hotel with great design features and fabulous art throughout. Very warm service, incredible buffet breakfast with many high quality choices. Walkable within a few blocks of the telegenic, which is the best transportation ever!! We also figured out the local collectivos (take the yellow topped minibuses!)… if not you’re just a little far from the centro, about 30 mins in uber. Oh did I mention the pool? Swoon!!"
