We have driven past on the motorway many times but did not realise it was a Parador hotel. It is easy to access but there is no traffic noise. In fact it is very peaceful as it sits about 1km away from Albacete and there are no neighbours. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke perfect English and this meant i did not have to try to rely on my modest Spanish. The room was very nice, quite typical of Parador hotels in my experience...lots of dark wood, a big bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. There is a mini bar but we did not take anything. We had a long day travelling so wanted a relaxing bath and early night. The breakfast Sun morning was amazing. Again all staff fluent in English. The order for hot food was taken quickly and then delivered immediately, before i had even opened the box of cereal. So we had breakfast backwards...hot food first followed by cereal, yoghurt, fruit, cold meats and bread. The choice was excellent, plenty of other things we could have tried if we had capacity. The hotel was busy, and considering it is early March that suggests it has a good reputation...many different cultures and languages being spoken by the guests."
