During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. "I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. Tha magical show very good and the live music also good. We had enough of the staff...

"The property is great, all rooms are facing the sea and the views are breathtaking. There are two swimming pools, the beach ⛱️ is just below the hotel. The room was fantastic, two queen beds and a balcony overlooking the Cabo de Gata. Great spot to enjoy the sea and relax "
