"A pet friendly hotel with most kind and helpful staff. When we requested to stay an extra couple of days they struggled with the computer but said - just stay , we will sort the computer out before you go . A great relief ! Will be staying there at Christmas too . By the way - perfect location."

During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. "The property is great, all rooms are facing the sea and the views are breathtaking. There are two swimming pools, the beach ⛱️ is just below the hotel. The room was fantastic, two queen beds and a balcony overlooking the Cabo de Gata. Great spot to enjoy the sea and relax "

"I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. Tha magical show very good and the live music also good. We had enough of the staff...

"We were on first fooor in room 103 and I heard some noise from cars that disturbed my sleep - so if you’re a light sleeper like me not ideal. Juliette balconies quite low so not ideal if you have young children from a safety perspective. Accommodation clean, modern and comfortable. Smart TV. Ideal for our one night stay. Short walk from Centro Alameda train station and to coach station. Near historic centre too."
