La comida del restaurante Mediterráneo era mala,la del bufet estaba buena y el restaurante Fusión. La habitación estaba cómoda ,la cama y la limpiaba todos los días. Me dieron una habitación que no funciona la cafetera ,el teléfono ,la puerta del baño,la puerta del clóset y el aire no enfriaba bien,desde el primer día lo notifiqué y nunca me resolvieron y no nos dieron opción de cambiarme de habitación.Los empleados no eran tan amables y no te buscaban solución, el mejor empleado Jefrey y la más hostil Yara.

The service was great but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the AC kept going on and off at night, I couldn’t sleep. The food was okay. Even if is adults only you will still encounter kids.
