La atención del personal en general se lleva un 100 cada uno puso de su parte para que la estancia sea agradable, en cuanto habitación la infraestructura se nota descuidada, el sofá cama tenia polvo y no tenia buen olor me gustó y me llamó la atención que a la hora de cambiar las habitaciones se cambie el edredón también eso es 100% positivo. En cuánto a la comida esperaba un menú más variable quizás no tan básico, pero no significa que el sabor estaba mal. El área de piscinas estaban limpias el agua clara pero en la de los niños se están despegando los azulejos
