"The villa we were assigned to didn’t have an elevator. We were on the third floor. The concierge helped bring our bags up to the third floor. It wasn’t until later that evening we found out it didn’t have elevator service. It was a struggle bringing all the bags down without help on check-out day. We some how managed. "

"I thought this property was great! All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was good as well! It was perfect for our honeymoon. Iñake with Costa Rica unique experience was great! We booked three tours through them & it was amazing!! The location is a bit secluded, but if you’re looking for a quiet spot this is great! There’s a few great restaurants nearby."

"The pool and the pool bar were absolutely incredible. Service at the restaurant was pretty slow but the food was really good. The breakfast was mediocre. The cleanliness was mediocre. The view was absolutely incredible I would say overall for the money this was an incredible value. There was a giant bug that came underneath the door quickly in the middle of the night I screamed my head off. And the elevator there was warnings saying that they were not venomous but I still screamed like a girl. There are quite a few dead cockroaches which means that they are treating for them but it's just kind of an open-air part of nature atmosphere and I think that that's probably somewhat unavoidable."
