8.8/10 Excellent! (633 reviews)
From check in to check out, the hotel does not disappoint.
Whilst there were some ‘tired’ elements, this could be end of season glitches. Although the lifts were not as reliable as one would like - once a lift stopped mid floor for me & another guest I heard about.
However, there were maintenance people around & I am sure this is a simple repair fix.

9/10 Wonderful! (660 reviews)
I loved my stay here. I stayed in the top most room with the view of the Alhambra for my birthday. The staff were excellent, the room and space was bright and spacious. The location is quite central and accessible. The cafe downstairs is a huge bonus.
